2. Use of Content

All wallpapers, images, and artwork provided through the App are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may download and set these images as backgrounds on your personal devices. You may not resell, redistribute, or use these images for commercial purposes without explicit permission.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the App in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the App or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the App. You must not use the App in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Except for the content you own, under these Terms, iPhone Wallcraft and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this App. Some images may be sourced from public domain platforms; we make no claim of ownership over such public domain images.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall iPhone Wallcraft, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this App.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
